This work focuses on the internal dynamics that shape how a group functions, including decision-making processes, communication patterns, power dynamics, and shared expectations. We assess existing culture through interviews, observation, and diagnostic tools, then work with teams to identify what's working, what isn't, and what needs to change. Outputs typically include new agreements, governance structures, or ways of working developed collaboratively with the team. We also work with groups experiencing burnout, disengagement, or the strain that comes with rapid growth or structural change.
