We train individuals and teams to design and facilitate their own meetings, workshops, and collaborative processes. This includes core facilitation skills (structuring sessions, managing group dynamics, handling conflict) as well as more specialised work around participatory methods and non-hierarchical decision-making. Train-the-trainer programmes are available for organisations that want to develop a cohort of internal facilitators. We also support the development of communities of practice and peer learning structures.
