Fatima Camara
I’m an educational leader who works with schools and institutions to build programmes and systems that support both educators and learners.
With a Master’s in Sociology and nearly twenty years in education, I’ve worked across primary, secondary, and post-secondary levels. I’ve held roles as Vice-Principal, IB Diploma Programme Coordinator, and Curriculum Head – positions that taught me how schools actually function, how policy translates (or fails to translate) into practice, and what teachers need to do their jobs well.
My approach is grounded in understanding context: listening to stakeholders, analyzing what’s working and what isn’t, and designing solutions that are practical and sustainable within existing constraints.
I work with schools, educational organisations, and institutions on leadership development, programme coordination, curriculum design, and policy implementation.
Fluent in English and German, with experience working in diverse educational contexts internationally.
