Transformative Education Consultant | Political Education & Media Literacy

Juliana Napier

Juliana Napier

I work with educators, activists, and organisations to design learning experiences that build critical thinking and create space for meaningful participation.

With a Master’s in Sociology and Media Literacy and 15 years of teaching experience, I’ve worked across online and in-person settings, teaching topics from activism and language to community building and the creative arts. This work has shown me how learning happens best when people feel equipped to think critically, and when the environment supports genuine engagement.

My approach centers transformative education: creating learning spaces where people develop the skills and confidence to participate actively in their communities and challenge dominant narratives.

I work with educational institutions, social movements, and community organisations on workshop design, political education, media literacy, and facilitator training.

Based in Berlin, working internationally, fluent in English and German, with experience designing and delivering programmes in diverse contexts.
